Hawker Jones in Preston is recruiting for Apprentice Administration Assistant. The successful candidate will work towards their Level 3 Business Administration qualification which will take approximately 18 months to complete.
Duties:
You will be responsible for the following duties and full training will be given if you don't have any previous experience:
• Dealing with inbound and outbound calls
• Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
• Corresponding with clients
• Scanning, Photocopying
• Using Case Management System
• Set up of new cases on the case management system
• Data Input
• Providing admin support to the departments
• Support office staff with adhoc duties
• General office admin

Grades:
Minimum grade C or above in maths and English
Hours:
Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm, 1 hour lunch break, 35 hours per week
