Salary1 Stop Healthcare is seeking an Apprentice Administrator to join our busy and friendly team in Stanway, Colchester. This is an exciting opportunity to support our recruitment team in the on boarding of Healthcare professionals.
This varied position will involve:
Meeting and greeting of candidates
Coordination of in house training
Referencing and compliance of personnel files
In return we will support you in further education with qualifications relevant to the position and where possible professional development.
Ideally you will have some knowledge of the care sector. However this is not essential if you are the RIGHT person for the job!
For this role you will need to demonstrate the following:
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to work in a team as well as on your own
Strong record keeping skills
Excellent attention to detail
A positive can-do attitude
Ability to develop and expand the role with guidance
