About the opportunity
Our Energy, Security & Technology business focuses on providing solutions relating to the energy transition, national security, space, technological innovation, and more. Our work is aligned with critical national priorities and is built on a strong foundation of long-term contracts and deep client relationships.
The Defence & Security business at Jacobs provides an exciting mixture of consultancy, design and engineering support, along with delivery of challenging Defence projects, to major clients in the UK across the nuclear and defence industries, including (M inistry of Defence ) HMNB Clyde, (M inistry of Defence ) HMNB Devonport, BAES Barrow/Glasgow and AWE (Atomic Weapons Establishment) Aldermaston. Overseas, we are delivering similarly interesting and exciting projects across the globe including projects for clients in the Middle East and Australia.
We are very proud to have supported these clients for many years, and our partnering arrangements will enable us to sustain and enhance this support in the long-term.

Here's What You'll Need:
- 5 GCSE's grade 4-9, including English and M aths
- A flexible and proactive self-starter who's passionate about developing new skills
- The ability to adapt and prioritise whilst juggling work and study priorities
- Enthusiasm and curiosity to apply your skills to solve real-world problems
- Empathy and l istening skills to help you truly understand our clients ' requirements
- A well-rounded person - have you travelled around the world? Worked in a bar? Been captain of a sports team or volunteered for a charity? Tell us - we're looking for people with interesting stories and experiences!
- You must have the permanent right to work in the UK
