As with all of our customer operations roles, we provide a structured training programme to equip you with a broad curriculum of experiences and knowledge which will allow you to develop your skills and provide you with a number of career development opportunities across our different teams.

We will also support you through your Apprenticeship journey whilst completing your Modern Apprenticeship Customer Service SCQF 6 qualification.
Our Modern Apprenticeship programme (starting in September 2024) will give you a unique opportunity to join one of the world's largest banks and start your career by focusing on delivering exceptional service to our customers. This programme runs for 16 months and is based at our state-of-the-art contact centre at South Gyle.
Throughout this apprenticeship you will have the chance to study a variety of interesting modules and develop important skills such as handling complaints, understanding CUSTOMER SERVICE principles and much more.
