Working alongside the business owners, you will be key in promoting our business to consumers and helping to bring us into the “digital” 21st century. Duties include
- Social media marketing, brand messaging and sales initiatives delivered across all associated digital platforms
- Working with third party organisations to create digital collateral such as vouchers and loyalty cards which are linked to the till systems
- Day-to-day upkeep of the newly created website
- Be the first point of contact for customer’s online enquiries
- Support the Coffee Cart Co. business owners with business planning, growth strategy management and new product / service launches
Minimum of 4 X GCSEs grades 9-4 (A-C) including English and Mathematics
Training to be provided
Multi Channel Marketer Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard:
The successful candidate will undertake a fifteen-month, nationally recognised qualification through TDM. This is a work-based learning programme which will require commitment to block weeks in an online training room once every quarter working towards the qualification along with weekly off the job training and monthly coaching sessions.
You will be required to demonstrate through the standard that you meet all competencies and behaviours, which will lead to the achievement of the qualification.
You will have a designated mentor in the workplace to support your learning and at the end of the programme will be assessed via an external assessment body.
This is a Level 3 qualification.
Things to consider
