We're looking for an enthusiastic Digital Marketer/ Social media whizz to join our growing team. You will work along side our admin, as well as our out of house marketing team to help develop and grow our brand in the next stage of growth.
Responsibilities:
- Help develop and implement Social Media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
- Support booking team one day a week with admin tasks & securing enquiries.
- Manage and maintain all Social Media accounts such as Instagram, Facebook etc.
- Manage website & third party content to ensure seamless links with Social Media and marketing strategies.
- Create compelling and visually appealing Social Media posts, including product images, lifestyle shots, and user-generated content.
- Monitor and respond to Social Media comments, messages, and enquiries in a timely and engaging manner, fostering positive relationships with followers and customers.
- To develop and execute Social Media campaigns, contests, and promotions to drive user engagement and brand loyalty.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging Social Media trends, platform updates, and industry changes, provide recommendations for leveraging new opportunities
- Manage influencer partnerships and collaborations on Social Media, including identifying relevant influencers and coordinating product gifting or sponsored content.
- Collaborate with the Creative Director to create and curate engaging blog articles, videos, and other digital assets that align with Social Media strategies and target audience interests.
- Monitor and analyse website traffic and Social Media data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives and provide insights and recommendations for optimisation.
Skills and qualifications:
- Degree level qualification or equivalent experience in marketing or related subject
- Proven skills in Digital Marketing disciplines including, Social Media, SEO, SEM, email
- Familiar with Shopify & Klaviyo
- Ability to multi-task and work independently
- Ability to work with the directors to agree a strategic marketing plan with achievable goals, which meet the business objectives.
Location : Garway Hill Hereford.
Hours : Mon-Friday
