Throughout the programme, you will be paired with a dedicated workplace mentor and coach from the training provider. These individuals will provide you with comprehensive guidance, feedback, and support to ensure you acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in your apprenticeship.

Your workplace mentor will offer real-world insights into the data technician role, helping you apply your theoretical knowledge to practical workplace scenarios. They will also assist you in navigating the company's culture, building strong relationships with colleagues, and adapting to the professional work environment.
