Apprentice Paint Technician

Salary: £18,000 per year (increases to minimum wage for age group after first year)

Key Requirements:
- Keen interest and enthusiasm for automotive vehicles and the industry
- Honest, trustworthy, and eager to learn
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and excellent communication skills
- GCSEs at grades A*-C/ 9-4 (or equivalent) in English, maths, and ICT (or one other subject if candidate did not take ICT)

Role Overview:
As an Apprentice Paint Technician, you will have the opportunity to work with one of Europe's largest Paint companies. Throughout your qualification, you will receive comprehensive training and support to become a skilled professional in the field.

Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake a 2/3 year paint apprenticeship program
- Receive training and support to achieve a Level 3 Vehicle Damage Paint Technician Apprenticeship Standard
- Participate in virtual classroom remote learning and face-to-face block release weeks at a modern training centre
