Apprentice Site Administrator - Belfast

LOCATION: Belfast

Due to a period of continued growth, we are looking to add an enthusiastic Trainee Site Administrator to our Building team in Belfast.

Based on site, the successful candidate will assist the Site Administrator in providing administrative support to the wider Construction team, establishing strong relationships with the Project Manager, the Site Manager and wider division.

Alongside learning on the job, the successful candidate will also receive an industry recognised qualification by working towards a Level 3 NVQ in Business Administration.

The apprenticeship is open to those aged 16 -24 years who have attained the minimum school leaving age in Northern Ireland.

Our ideal candidate will have a keen interest in Administration or Customer Service and/or the Construction industry.

Typical duties will include:

• Provide clerical support to the Construction team including typing, word processing, photocopying, data-entry, filing
• Management of hospitality for meetings as required.
• Maintain filing and administrative systems operating in the project
• Using in-house data management systems (Sharepoint) to file all site paperwork
• Photocopying & filing
• Typing as and when required
• Undertake any other duties that may be assigned from the Site Management Team

Person Specification:

Essential

• Willingness to learn - no experience necessary all training will be provided
• Good Communication Skills
• Possess good IT skills
• Be a good team player

Qualifications

The successful candidate will under-take an Apprenticeship qualification, gaining an NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration, supported via Belfast Met
