Do you want to work for a Trust that is transforming educational outcomes for students in some of the most deprived areas in the North of England? If so, this could be the role for you.
Your new role
Under supervision and direction, you will support the Site Team in ensuring the academy’s physical environment is safe, warm, clean, and welcoming to all who work in, learn at, and visit the academy. You will work as part of the site team and under supervision you will work flexibly in your approach and be able to communicate effectively at all levels. You will work with the site team to ensure the security and safekeeping of the academy premises, facilities, and property.

We want to attract the best apprentices to work in Delta Academies Trust, as such we pay above the national apprenticeship pay rates for all apprentices. You don’t have to wait for a year to be paid your age related National Minimum Wage, we pay this from your first day with us.
If you feel you have the necessary skills and experience required for this position, then we would very much like to hear from you.
Your new school
St Wilfrid’s Academy is an all through (KS24) alternative provision that provides full and part time education and support for children and young people who, for a variety of reasons, are unable to access mainstream curriculum education and require a bespoke package. Our educational offer combines a core curriculum with a range of vocational packages to support students successfully into post 16 pathways. Alongside our academic offer, we also provide a range of therapeutic interventions to aid students with their emotional and mental wellbeing. If you are interested in working within an inclusive school, supporting the most vulnerable students to reach their full potential, St Wilfrid's offers this opportunity.
The latest Ofsted grading (December 2019) showed the school to be ‘Good’ with ‘Outstanding’ Personal Development.
