Job description

We have an exciting opportunity for an Apprenticeship Business Partner at HCRG Care Group! The role is part of The Learning Enterprise team which is a government approved apprenticeship training provider for HCRG Care Group and other organisations.

We are looking for someone who has a passion and enthusiasm for apprenticeships. At HCRG Care Group, we want to develop our employees, with the opportunity to complete apprenticeships and higher education courses.

We are looking for someone to join our team on a part time, on a permanent basis. The role is a hybrid working role out of our Runcorn head office and opportunities to work from home achieving perfect work life balance.
Package DescriptionAs an Apprenticeship Business Partner, you’ll be part of our valued team at HCRG Care Group.

Main Responsibilities
Working within a dynamic and fast-paced team within the learning and development arm of HCRG Care Group, The Learning Enterprise (TLE).
Work with Head of Apprenticeships and other key stakeholders as appropriate to co-ordinate and implement National and Regional Apprenticeship Programme cohorts that support workforce development and needs of HCRG Care Group.
Maintain and develop productive partnerships with NHS England leads and apprenticeship providers including Higher Education Institutions (HEI), supervisors and assessors to ensure good practice in the support and development of the apprentice programmes.
Maintain and build relationships with approved providers and universities to ensure a ‘fit for purpose’ offering across National and Regional services is implemented and communicated.
Monitor and manage initial applications for apprenticeship programmes, preparing for National programmes when required.
Provide data and develop reports specific to apprenticeships and apprentices across our organisation
Support any apprenticeship expressions of interest and offer information and guidance to our colleagues within HCRG Care Group
You will be required to work to targets and adhere to the ESFA Apprenticeship funding rules for employers

The Ideal CandidateThe essential qualities we are looking for in our applicants are:


Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate with a range of people on a day to day basis.
Administrative experience in a busy, customer facing environment.
Knowledge of the national data systems relating to apprenticeships
Understanding of the Apprenticeship Levy
Understanding of apprenticeship issues and practice
Excellent customer service skills.
Good organisational skills.


You will also need to be confident using IT systems and be able to demonstrate working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel.
