- They're a D&B Contractor so you will be at the heart of the design and build process, realising your designs, working closely with the construction team and handling your own complex and varied projects.
- They specialise in change of use, handling office and residential fit outs in city centre locations, often with challenging sites, complex issues (such as listed building regs), and bringing life to disused buildings. The projects
- Flexible working is an option - of course you'll need to manage your projects effectively, but you could be working from home 2 days a week.
- Secure pipeline of work - with the change back in regulations for change of use projects, there is no limit on the size of these works. As a result the company have picked up a couple of large £20m projects for this year, with several more in the pipeline, and anywhere from 6-8 sites live at any one time.
- Exercise your passion for retrofitting and refurbishments, and get paid well for it! A decent salary of up to £42,000 for the right person, and the possibility of having a car allowance on top of that.
What you'll need to succeed
- You must be an experienced job running Architectural Technologist, with refurbishment experience and technical ability on Revit. You'll need to know the UK building regs well, and be able to understand what is being drawn (a big ask!)
