- Working within a team and autonomously to deliver high quality schemes.
- Production of accurate and detailed construction drawings to current Building Regulations standard.
- A strong working knowledge of the latest Building Safety Act.
- Record and manage drawing registers.
- Liaise with clients and design teams to deliver projects.
Key skills
- Clear and concise communication.
- A team player who can work closely with others, both within the practice and alongside multidisciplinary consultants.
- Demonstrate good time management and self-organisation.
- Understanding and working knowledge of UK Building Regulations, understanding of NBS specifications and construction methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of Building Safety Act.
- On Site Experience.
- Computer literate – must be proficient at Revit as we are a Revit-based practice. Experience in AutoCAD is also required.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office.
