We are looking for a polished, professional incredibly efficient Top Class EA to come on board to support UUHNWI. This is a fantastic role for the right person but really does need a committed, dedicated EA who knows what it takes to support a Principle who is top of his game, moves at 100 mph, has many businesses and interests to his name and is incredibly well regarded and respected. Daily this role will be working closely with his global team but in particular his EA and Private PA based out of the US – the idea being between you, you will provide 24 hour support to this individual who is constantly on the move and travelling the world. We are looking for seamless support.
The role is broad and varied and includes all the typical support elements you would expect but much more besides – no one day will be the same and the workload will be constant and varied. Critical for this role is an extremely well organised EA who is all over the detail, one step ahead at all times and highly efficient and organised in their approach. Effective communication and influencing skills essential as well as the ability to juggle a busy and forever changing work load. A team player, with a flexible can do attitude is critical.
This really is a fabulous all encompassing right hand role supporting an approachable, down to earth incredibly interesting Principle. Please note this is not a 24/7 role but one does need to be flexible and available out of hours. There will be some European travel involved – approximately 1x a month for a couple of days and although there is a London office there is a lots of hybrid.
