Senior Architectural Technician / Technologist

Senior Architectural Technician / Technologist required to join an established medium sized Leeds based Architectural practice.

Upon joining this impressive practice, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of exciting projects in an array of sectors across the UK, from 25 story residential developments and specialist dementia care homes, through to high end private dwellings and listed building conversions.

This role would be ideal for a Senior Technician / Technologist who is looking to take ownership of multiple projects to run independently from concept through to delivery on site. The business has an exceptionally low staff turnover, their superb retention rate is down to several factors, they have an excellent cross sector design led portfolio, a flexible working culture and crucially it's a business packed with very nice people.

Our client are keen to attract a candidate with at least 5-10 years' experience who has previous site based running experience and is keen to lead their own projects from start to finish.

Requirements for the Architectural Technician / Technologist

The individual must be proficient in Revit as our client are a Revit based practice.

• Highly skilled and passionate designer committed to delivering design excellence at all stages of the design and construction process.
• Understanding of the design process from planning to completion.
• Understanding and working knowledge of UK Building Regulations, understanding of NBS specifications and construction methodologies.
• Required is an individual who can consistently contribute to the successful delivery of complex, small, medium and large scale projects.
• A team player who can work closely with others, both within the practice and alongside multidisciplinary consultants.

Salary £40,000 - £45,000 per annum, plus generous benefits and the option of flexible home working.
