My client is looking for an experienced Architectural Technician to join their social office based in Milton Keynes. This AJ100 multi-disciplinary is proud to house leading industry experts from Ecology, Architecture, Construction and Interior Design. A RIBA-chartered practice with a diverse and dynamic team shared between 6 vibrant offices. This post offers the opportunity to join a thriving practice who value continuous adaptation and contemporary architectural principles. The successful candidate can expect to be both welcomed and challenged within this role, along with the opportunity to work on a variety of sectors, including: Leisure, Residential, Heritage, Conservation and Commercial.
An ideal candidate would have strong written and verbal communication skills. It is essential that the candidate has strong AutoCAD skills.

Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician:
- Relevant HND/degree in Architectural Technology (essential)
- Several years' post-qualification experience (essential)
- Proficient in AutoCAD (essential)
- Good understanding of Revit
- Confident engaging with clients/contractors
- Excellent technical competency
- Strong understanding of current building regulations and requirements
- Positive and motivated attitude
