We specialize in a variety of projects, with a primary focus on fire service, leisure, and school developments ranging from £500k to £5m in value.
Position Overview: As an Architectural Technician, you will play a crucial role in our project teams, working on diverse assignments within the fire service, leisure, and school sectors. This is a 6-month initial contract position based in our Bolton office, offering the chance to collaborate with talented professionals and make a significant impact on high-profile projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to develop detailed architectural drawings and specifications.
- Provide technical support in the design and planning phases of projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including drawings, schedules, and reports.
- Conduct site visits and assessments to ensure the accuracy and quality of construction work.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Architectural Technician in construction design projects.
- Proficiency in REVIT and other relevant design software.
- Strong understanding of building regulations and construction processes.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role.
- Relevant qualification in architectural technology or a related field.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to project requirements.
