Salary: 25-32,000 Dependant on experience

Penguin Recruitment is pleased to be supporting a well-established practice based in Warrington with a mission to provide an innovative, commercially viable and sustainable architectural solutions which improve the lives of the end users. The practice work across the Health, Commercial, Heritage and Residential sectors and are AutoCAD and Revit users.

The ideal candidate will have at least a couple of years post qualification experience and relevant project exposure. You should possess strong technical capabilities demonstrated through your supporting portfolio too.

Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician/ Technologist:

• Architectural technology degree or a HNC/ HND in a related subject.
• Post qualification experience would be essential.
• Good technical capabilities.
• Strong software skills in Revit and AutoCAD would be preferred.
• Able to complete work to a high standard within the given time frames.
• Excellent understanding of the UK building regulations and planning policies.
• Living locally to Warrington and ideally access to your own vehicle.
• Able to work well both as part of a team and individually.
