The Senior Construction Project Manager Role
The successful Senior Project Manager will join a flexible, family feel company with 5 offices nationwide. Working within a close-knit team closely alongside the Director, benefiting from a hybrid working model with 2-3 days a week in the office.
The role involves managing a diverse range of projects including Residential, Education, Commercial, Healthcare and more typically up to £30m - from inception to completion.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be instrumental in leading projects, providing mentorship to junior staff, and playing a key role in the strategic direction of the consultancy.
The firm have continued to go from strength to strength, constantly securing new work and taking on new staff. This could be the perfect opportunity for a client facing Senior Project Manager, perhaps eager for support with Chartership, progression to Associate Director, the chance to help this growth continue - all within a fantastic working environment with flexibility and dynamic, friendly staff.
The Senior Construction Project Manager
- Must have previous Project Management experience within a UK Construction Consultancy
- Should hold a BSc/MSc in Project Management or a construction related field
- MRICS ideally (or MCIOB / MAPM)
- Employers Agent / Contract Administration experience is highly desirable but not a must
- A successful track record delivering projects from inception to completion
