The Senior Project Manager Role

The Senior Project Manager's role encompasses the management of diverse projects spanning multiple construction sectors, such as Commercial Real Estate, Residential, Education, Leisure, and Retail, from their initial stages to their successful conclusion.

The ideal Senior Project Manager should possess a comprehensive grasp of public sector procurement procedures, robust skills in stakeholder management, and the ability to concurrently oversee multiple projects for the same client, fostering enduring relationships to promote sustained business expansion.

The Senior Project Manager

• MRICS/CIOB/APM Qualified, or intent to become qualified
• Ideally 6 years minimum consultancy experience post-grad
• Practical construction knowledge is preferred
• Strong understanding and background working within Construction Consultancy as a Project Manager
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Previous managerial skills (desirable)
