London based Main Contractor with a focus on residential projects for high-net-worth clients across England, looking to take on a Architectural Technologist to join the modular build arm of the business.
The Role:
Looking for an Architectural Technologist to manage matters relating to design of their modular build projects, helping to ensure that the multi-disciplinary teams building the project work together smoothly and that everything is delivered on time and within budget.
Architectural Technologist/design coordinator with a strong architectural background.
Must have experienced running multiple projects, and the ability to provide architectural design input, and be proficient in Revit.
Other roles include project planning, maintenance of filing systems, BIM, maintenance of technical accreditations, compliance with quality management systems, coordination between external consultants and our in house design team and the factory.
The company:
Financially secure Residential focused Main Contractor with annual turnover of c. 150 million. Their project values are typically in the ranges of 30 million to 50 million with Super Prime projects exceeding 100 million.
Outside of Residential the Main Contractor also has a focus in:
- Hotels
- Restaurants
- Luxury Commercial projects
