SalaryArchitectural Technologist in Sussex?
I am working with an AJ100 firm who are looking for an mid-level Architectural Technologist to join their team.
They are based in the Worthing area, and work on a variety of projects, including residential, education, commercial, healthcare, and hospitality.
You will be working on RIBA Stage 4 onwards, and you will need to show experience in preparing working drawings, consented planning information and contributing to projects in line with the clients brief.
Revit and AutoCAD are the softwares of choice, alongside these you will need to demonstrate excellent IT skills, good communication skills, clear understanding of up to date Building Regulations, NHBC/LABC Warranty Guidance and Associated Housing Standards.
The salary will be based on ability and experience but is expected to be 35,000- 38,000.
