Role Overview:
- Collaborating with architects and other team members to develop detailed designs and technical specifications.
- Utilizing technical expertise to create accurate and efficient drawings using industry-standard software.
- Conducting site visits and assessments to ensure designs align with regulatory standards and project requirements.
- Participating in project meetings and offering valuable insights to enhance design efficiency.
Requirements:
- Degree in Architectural Technology or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Architectural Technologist, showcasing a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD and Revit.
- Knowledge of building regulations and construction processes.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
