Our client are currently seeking a Mobile Facilities Supervisor to join their team and contribute to the success of our facility services within a designated regional area.
In this role, you will report directly to the Regional Operations Manager (ROM), taking ownership of the safe, compliant, and competent delivery of soft facility services.

As a key player in our client's team, the Area Facilities Supervisor will be responsible for line-managing and supervising cleaning and facility staff (Placemakers). Your collaboration with the Placemaker teams is essential to ensuring an excellent workplace experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the contract management team in the delivery and ongoing development of our service solution systems, identifying service improvement opportunities
- Maintain a healthy, safe and secure environment and ensure compliance with all Health & Safety legislation
- Roster of cleaning and facility Placemakers to ensure that all sites are manned to contractual requirements and covering any sickness or planned absences
- Ensure all documents such as Audits, COSHH, H&S and SOPs etc. are completed, kept up to date and reviewed at appropriate times
- Ensure effective recruitment, training and development of frontline Placemakers
- Ensure all services are delivered in a commercially responsible way
- Ensure all customer queries / complaints are correctly recorded through the customer complaints procedure
- Ensure all relevant periodic reporting and required paperwork and administration is completed on time
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
- Supervision experience working in a facility or cleaning services environment
- Proven supervision and organisational skills with the ability to work under your own initiative, whilst following guidance from line management
- Demonstrates the ability to understand the impact of their service outcomes towards the success of the contract delivery
- Manages business performance to ensure successful outcomes
- Identifies areas for improvement by reviewing service levels to meet customer and service contract expectation
