More about your role
We want to be known as the UK's leading health and wellbeing enabler. You will measurably contribute to achieving the mission through the delivery of the fitness strategy. You will train, develop, and mentor Fitness Managers / Leads, Fitness Teams, Group Workout Co-ordinators and Group Workout teams within your area to deliver the strategic objectives.
Work in collaboration with managers to agree priorities and SMART targets/KPIs to drive improvements in customer experience, colleague engagement and participation.
You will be building and sustaining strong collaborative working practises across all departments within your area, along with the wider support team and external partners. Ensure the gyms and studios within your area adhere to all operational, data security, safety guidance and implement all procedures as set out by Places Leisure.

We are looking for a leader with Fitness Manager or general manager experience with a proven track record of getting results that can deliver exceptional training and experience in multi-site management.
This is a field-based role covering the Midlands and North area where overnight travel is required along with a valid UK driving licence.
