Regional Operations Manager wanted for an expanding Bistro business
Location: Central London
Salary: £55-65k + bonus
As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of all restaurant locations, while maintaining high standards of quality, service, and profitability. You will play a key role in driving business growth, implementing operational strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction across all sites.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of two restaurant locations, ensuring all sites are
- Develop and implement operational strategies to drive business growth, improve customer
- Develop, monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for
- Ensure high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and service are maintained at all
- Working with the onsite General Managers, manage and train restaurant staff, providing
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, finance, and HR, to streamline
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify
Candidate Profile;
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager/Area Manager or similar role in the restaurant industry,
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service standards,
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to make data-driven
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively
- Proven ability to develop and implement operational strategies that drive business growth
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining
- Flexibility to travel between restaurant locations as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, hospitality management, or a related field
