Area Sales Manager

A field-based territory sales role selling a leading range of decking and balustrades into caravan parks, and the holiday and leisure industry across the South Coast.

Package: circa £36k basic with a £7k-£15k bonus scheme, company car, laptop, mobile, pension, healthcare and share options
Territory: South Coast - with the focus in East & West, Sussex, Hampshire and Dorset
Selling: Decking and balustrades
Customers: Caravan parks, and the holiday and leisure industry

THE ROLE - Area Sales Manager:

• A field-based territory sales role promoting a leading range of decking and balustrades, that are made in Britain with a 10-year guarantee
• You will inherit an established portfolio of accounts to account manage and develop
• Strengthening relationships and building rapport with holiday and caravan parks, to increase brand awareness and commitment across the South Coast
• Whilst also identifying and winning new caravan and holiday parks to add to your portfolio - although you are are not restricted to this, and my client is happy for you to win business out of this sector

This is an exciting time to join the business as they are entering a growth phase, which could see this role developing into regional sales management in time, with a small number of TSM’s reporting into you

THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT - Area Sales Manager:

• It would be great if you already have some sales experience selling into the caravan park, holiday or leisure industry
• Although this is not essential, and my client will equally consider field based B2B sales professionals from other industries and sectors
• Just as long as are proactive, self-motivated and target driven with excellent communication skills
