Form of workWe are partnering with a fantastic high end, market leading manufacture of bathroom products to secure them a Area Sales Manager for the South East.
Salary wise is upto 50k + Hybrid or EV + Bonus upto 30% based on performance.
Ideally you will have come from a bathroom, shower, toilets background and are familiar with retail, showroom sales.
You will be responsible for maintaining / developing an active portfolio of up to 100 Retail and National merchant showroom branches in the following postcodes ( Surrey, Oxfordshire, Northamptonshire, Buckinghamshire ) Ideally you will live in the area.
This role is, 70% account management and 30% new business, you will take over a client base of circa 90 - 100 accounts. This is a key area for the business, high performing area with some key accounts to manage. Selling in to showroom network of high to mid-end Independent Retailers and National Merchant Showrooms to increase brand presence and grow sales.
We are looking for someone who understands the competitors, is commercially aware of the market, understands trends, MI reports, margins and really understands the clients and there needs.
