Description
The successful Key Account Manager (Independents Account Manager) - HA will:
- Managing and developing independent accounts within the retail industry
- Formulate and agree JBPs with Distributors and Commercial Partners
- Develop effective customer contacts with all relevant functions
- Negotiate range pricing and promotional opportunities within the account
- Ensure sales forecasts and sales targets are achieved
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure product availability
- Building strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Regularly reviewing sales performance and identifying areas for improvement
- Promoting product visibility within independent accounts
- Staying updated with industry trends and competitor activities
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Profile
A successful KAM (Independents Account Manager) - HA should have:
- A degree in a relevant field
- Strong sales experience within the retail industry
- Proven experience in managing independent accounts
- Excellent relationship building skills
- A thorough understanding of the home appliances sector
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Job Offer
On offer for the successful KAM (Independents Account Manager) - HA
- A competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per year
- An additional car allowance
- PLUS! Bonus/commission of up to £12,000
- The role is hyrbid: 3 x days office (Surrey), 2 days on the road
