Job Description
- Service existing and new clients in both the road and exterior lighting markets, building relationships and increasing sales turnover.
- Understand customer requirements as well as competitors’ solutions and share this information with the Sales Director to aid with future product developments.
- Establish and implement a specification sales strategy drive for the region and ensure that this is followed through to a successful conclusion.
- Work with various departments within the Company to ensure exemplary customer experience and support.
- Utilise the internal CRM system.
- Liaise with customers to develop a concise understanding of any program or project requirements.
- Be available onsite throughout the entire project as and when the customer requires.
- Have a real desire to succeed, a positive mindset and be actively involved in a company that recognises commitment and performance.
Skills/ Experience
- Previous experience in sales/ business development within the exterior lighting industry.
- Experience developing new business via cold calling/ attending events etc
- Strong account management skills
- Have a positive attitude.
- Clean driving licence
