An exciting opportunity to join an established Animal Health/Agriculture wholesaler in a permanent role as a Area Sales Manager. European leading products, covering all species, across a varied portfolio. The organisation is in a growth phase and expanding rapidly, now is a favourable time to join and progress within the business.
You will manage relevant accounts across East Anglia, parts of South Yorkshire, with occasional travel to Northern Ireland.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales objectives and targets
- Experience with CRM and tour planning systems
- Build strong relationships with key decision makers
- Maintain product knowledge on assigned portfolio and competitor products
- Monitor market trends, competitor product launches and customer needs
- Attend trade shows and sales meetings, requiring travel and overnight stays
About You:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- Based in the East of England
- Agricultural background
- Field sales experience
- Proficient in organising and planning
