Are you passionate about ensuring the academic success of learners from diverse backgrounds? Do you have a proven track record in leading and advising on provision for English as an Additional Language (EAL) and Traveller heritage students? If so, we want you to lead our Ethnic Minority and Traveller Achievement Service (EMTAS) team in Wiltshire!

EMTAS is the driving force behind academic achievement for learners of EAL, children from Traveller heritages, and those from minority ethnicities. As the EMTAS Team Leader, you'll be at the forefront, ensuring our services are efficient, effective, and aligned with the council's broader goals.
