The Vacancy:
Your role will be to contact Businesses regarding Private Health Insurance as a benefit for their employees. You will qualify leads for Healthcare Consultants to advise on a private medical insurance policy that best suites the business s needs. You will provide a professional, efficient, courteous and accurate service to our customers. This is a fast-paced role, where you will deal with both individual and team targets.

What we re looking for in our Outbound Sales Advisors:
Experience in working in a contact centre environment.
Good communication, great building trusting relationships and ability to adapt style, depending on who you are speaking to.
Maintain a positive and proactive manner in carrying out all tasks, acting as a champion for change and contributing to great team spirit.
Passion for the highest levels of standard and service.
Demonstration of resilience and tenacity.
