About the Role: Are you an organised person who enjoys hands-on work and isn't afraid to get a bit dirty? Become our Warehouse Assistant in our Cable Team and play a vital role in ensuring our clients have the right connections for their projects. You'll clean, test, repair and manage our inventory of audio, video and mains cables. Your attention to detail, even when things get a bit messy and your teamwork will help our busy department run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Thoroughly clean and test various audio, video and mains cables and distribution units.
- Maintain stock of cables, distros and connectors. Report shortages and collaborate with management on supply orders.
- Work closely with the wider warehouse team to ensure smooth returns, picking and loading.
Key Requirements:
- Good overall education and communication skills.
- Team-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented.
- Practical problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to inclusivity in the workplace.
- Comfortable working in a hands-on environment that can be dusty or messy at times.
- Experience with inventory management software (Desirable).
- Experience in a warehouse setting (Desirable).
- Interest in learning about cable types, connectors and electrical safety (Desirable).
