**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a part time Customer Service Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional Customer Service and support to our clients. This role requires someone with flexibility to cover holidays and sickness.
**Duties:**
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone and email
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately
- Conduct data entry and maintain customer records
- Utilize phone etiquette to ensure quality service interactions
- Communicate effectively
- Analyse customer needs to recommend appropriate products or services
- Upsell products or services to increase revenue
**Experience:**
- Previous experience in a Customer Service role is preferred
- Strong data entry skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers
