CPM partner with some of the biggest household brandsand your team will be working across these accounts calling intoselected retailers to increase sales and visibility of our client'sproducts.
This would be a great role for you ifyou:
- Haveexperience in successfully managing and coaching a team to deliveragainst targets.
- Have demonstrated ability touse your initiative to shape your team's strategy to continuouslyimprove & innovate to deliver the bestresults.
- Have a passion for nurturing anddeveloping your team.
- Are unfazed by difficultsituations or the need to face into challengingconversations.
- Are open to coaching andtraining, you might have years of management experience, but todevelop you'll need to be open to learning and applying new ordifferent techniques.
- Can build strong,long-lasting relations with your team and wider stakeholders withinthe business.
- Are a strong communicator andhave excellent organisation and planningskills.
A Typical week as an Area Manager willinclude:
- Ensuring you team aredelivering againstall KPI's for the multiple campaigns running at any giventime.
- Ensuring you have enough resource to deliver eachcampaign, supporting the recruitment team with localrecruitment
- Coaching and developing your team via fieldaccompaniments, providing support and guidance to improveperformance
- Building and retaining a trusted bank of temporaryworkers within your region who you can rely on, giving you accessto flexible resource to manage any sickness andholidays
- Building great working relationships across the widerteam including Client Service, Operations, HR and any otherappropriate supportdepartments
- Looking constantly at how things can be improved todriveefficiencies
What we offer:
- GBP31,500 per annum+ company car + 10% bonus
- 5 days a week, days to be worked between Monday-Saturday, hours to be worked between 8am and 8pm (some weekendworking is expected you will receive days off in lieu when thishappens)
