Remuneration: £50,000 - £65,000 (depending on experience) + uncapped commission

The role of the Specification Sales Manager - External Wall Insulation / Façade Systems will involve:

• Area Sales Manager position selling a high quality manufactured range of external wall insulation (EWI), renders, brickslip systems, concrete repair and decorative plaster / paints
• Working on both new build and refurbishment projects
• 50% of your time will be spent generating specifications with architects, social housing, councils & developers
• The remaining 50% will be spent selling to main contractors, render / façade applicators, render sub-contractor / installers
• Average order values will range from £5k - £300k+ depending on size and scope
• Once up and running will be targeted to turnover circa £1m

The ideal applicant will be an Specification Sales Manager - External Wall Insulation / Façade Systems with:

• Must have sold building envelope systems
• Must have sold to architects, social housing, councils, developers, applications, installers and contractors (don’t need all the routes to market)
• Ideally sold wall insulation, facades, renders, plasters, brick slip systems, concrete repair / waterproofing systems, external wall decorative paints, cladding, insulation, EWI and associated products
• Must be driven, hungry and determined
• IT literate
