Your Mission
Lead with unmatched zeal, guiding your sales area/team to heights unknown. As the captain of your ship, you'll manage and inspire a team of up to 10 Field Sales Consultants. Your goal? Ensuring they not only meet but exceed their monthly targets!
Keep our customers coming back for more and maintain a positive customer balance within your team. Use your expertise to guide, motivate, and develop your team through field workouts, monthly pep talks, and regular team meetings.
