An independent fashion house, our client’s portfolio includes leading menswear brands as well as a best-in-class schoolwear/boyswear brand.

Their entire product portfolio is designed in-house, manufactured offshore, shipped to the headquarters on the outskirts of Belfast, and distributed to retailers across the UK, ROI and Europe.

They are now looking for Area Sales Managers or Agents to oversee their Schoolwear collection across GB. Specifically, they are recruiting for two individuals to promote the collection across the southern and northern territories. As the Area Sales Manager/Agent, you will be responsible for creating sales and sales opportunities for the business’s clothing lines with retailers throughout your territory.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented sales professional with a keen interest in schoolwear or background in clothing to expand their career with a market-leading fashion company. Knowledge of the schoolwear market is hugely desirable for these roles.

You’ll have the chance to make your mark with a brand which has earned a reputation for providing superb clothing collections for the schoolwear market across Ireland, Northern Ireland the UK mainland.

You’ll develop a sales growth plan and work towards sales and profitability targets, focusing on developing both existing and new business. Using your experience, you’ll provide an outstanding level of service and support to existing accounts.

- Relevant sales experience within the supply of clothing to schools
- Experience of working with retailers and buyers
- A full, clean driving licence

Self-motivated and proactive, as the Area Sales Manager or Agent, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A professional and ambitious approach will also be key. Ideal candidates will have existing relationships with retailers and buyers across their sales area.
