We Build Recruitment are looking for an Area Site Manager to start work in the midlands area
- You will be required to to travel all over the UK and will be working away covering 2-3 sites at any one time. (Accommodation paid)
- Knowledge of Health & Safety and building regulations is essential as you will be responsible for making sure all sites are up to standard.
- you will be paid milage to start with - leading to a company transit van and fuel card
- you will be responsible for everything from doing bits of snagging to meeting with clients so need to be willing to get your hands dirty and have relevant tools.
- It's a great opportunity with potential to move up to Project Manager status within a few months for the right person.
For this Site Manager role you MUST have:
- SMSTS
- First Aid
- CSCS Manager
- 5 yrs joinery experience and a few years management experience
