Job Role Requirements:
Deliver engaging and interactive Art & Design lessons to Key Stage 3 & 4 students.
Create a stimulating learning environment that fosters creativity and self-expression.
Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students.
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the overall success of the Art & Design department.
Qualifications & Person Specification:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Specialization in Art & Design or relevant subject area.
- Experience teaching Key Stage 3 & 4 students.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to inspire and motivate learners.
- Commitment to promoting inclusive education and celebrating diversity.
