Role and Responsibilities: This Asbestos Surveyor role involves conducting thorough asbestos surveys a range of properties. Responsibilities include:
- Conducting asbestos surveys in accordance with HSE guidelines and regulations.
- Providing accurate and detailed reports on asbestos-containing materials found during surveys.
- Maintaining clear records and documentation of survey findings.
- Liaising with clients to explain survey results and provide recommendations for safe asbestos management.
- Contributing to the expansion of the company's services into commercial asbestos surveying.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Asbestos Surveyor is essential.
- P402 qualified
- Familiarity with HSE guidelines and regulations related to asbestos surveys.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately identify and assess asbestos-containing materials.
- Excellent communication skills for client interactions and clear reporting.
- A proactive approach to professional development and keeping up-to-date with industry changes.
