Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst

Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst.
Location: Cardiff, South Wales.
Salary / Benefits £22k - £34k + Training + Benefits
Our client is an industry leading player within Asbestos and who holds a strong presence across the UK. They are now seeking to employ a Dual Skilled Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to undertake the full range of surveying and analytical services across Commercial, Industrial, Social Housing, Public Sector and Healthcare sites. You will be covering contracts across South Wales / South West region, alongside a team of dedicated surveyor / analysts, working in line with relevant HSG guidelines. Our client is open to experience and would look at all levels from Trainee Surveyor / Analyst through to Lead Consultant. Consideration to candidates who only hold the P402 and are looking to gain further Pcert modules. Experience & Qualifications:
" Holding a combination of P402 or P402, P403, P404 qualifications would be beneficial.
" Experience working within an Asbestos Consultancy would be beneficial to the role.
" Familia with using TEAMS / TRACKER systems.
" Excellent knowledge of relevant HSG guidelines.
" Will have excellent communication skills, representing the company in a professional manner.
The Role:
" Working on a wide range of sites, carrying out management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys.
" Carrying out re-inspection surveys upon completion of work.
" Undertaking smoke, leak, background, re-occupation, and personal air testing.
" 4 stage clearances.
" Carrying out audits in line with client requirements.
" Using TEAMS / TRACKER systems to produce detailed reports based on site findings.
" Ensuring work is being carried out in line with HSG guidelines.
" Providing excellent consultancy advice to clients, maintaining excellent rapport.
