The Council’s Adult Social Care and Health Directorate is looking to fill an administrative post within the Beechwood Supported Housing Unit. This is an exciting time to join a team which is dedicated to supporting front-line social care services.
The post is a varied position and we are seeking applications from enthusiastic individuals who enjoy a challenge and who are committed to providing a quality service. You must have a good standard of education and excellent keyboard skills. Good verbal and written communication skills are also essential, as is the ability to maintain confidentiality. Supporting our team with effective administrative support is more important than ever and you will form a key part in the Units work.
Duties will include answering the telephone, word processing, data input, invoice and payment processing, dealing with the delivery of goods and services, stock control. Reception duties are also required in this post which is based in a Supported Housing Unit.
Please also note that this post is based within a CQC Registered Care Facility, and you will require a DBS (Disclosure & Barring Service) check which will be undertaken with the successful interviewee before appointment.
