Are you an animal lover with fantastic Admin & Reception Experience? We are looking for an incredible, enthusiastic person to join us at Canterbury Veterinary Surgery!
Cuddling pets. Yes, that's a must. Pets are everything to our amazing teams.
This is an exciting a varied role for an experienced receptionist or administrator. Veterinary experience is preferred, but we can consider those from a medical, pharmaceutical or front-end, customer facing administrative background.
This role will include the following duties:
- Answering the phone and booking appointments in a friendly, efficient and caring manner
- Helping direct clients to the clinic
- Answering emails and enquiries
- Ensuring Facebook messages are responded to
- Scanning documents to patients files
- Taking payment at time of treatment
- Advising clients of our Healthcare plan
- Processing / logging Insurance Claims and following up on unpaid claims.
- Administration of our 0% finance for those in need of help with cost
- Daily and weekly checks of monies banked
- Following up on unpaid treatment at the clinic
- Helping to manage the groups monthly direct debit scheme, including managing cancellations and notifying clients.
- Charity account management across the group. Applying discounts, sending invoices, chasing and allocating payments.
But most importantly of course, looking after our clients and their pets and giving them the best experience we can. As an independent practice group that personal touch is so important to us!
This is a full time role of 40hr per week.
Tuesdays and Fridays will be reception shifts and both be 10hr days (8am-6.30pm with half hour lunch break).
The remaining 20hrs will be split across Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays and be office based for administration, with two 6 hour days and an 8 hr day, hours to be agreed.
