In order to meet the overall mission of the Trust the post holder will:Work as an Aseptic Services Pharmacist providing a full range of aseptic dispensing services to wards and departments within SE trust.Work as a Clinical Pharmacist providing a clinical pharmacy service to oncology/ haematology inpatients and outpatients and to patients requiring Total Parenteral Nutrition within the trust.Ensure the safe, effective and economic use of medicines..

MPharm or equivalent Member of the Pharmaceutical Society of Northern Ireland or eligible for membershipMinimum of 2 years post registration experience of which 18 months (by 1st February 2024) must be as a band 6 Hospital Pharmacist , Practising Pharmacist Independent Prescriber Successful candidates will be required to undertake and complete this qualification within 24 months of appointment if they dont already have it
