Assembly Operator

Actio Technical Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Assembly Operator for our esteemed client in Lymington. As an Assembly Operator, you'll play a vital role in crafting high-quality products using hand tools and assembly jigs. 

The Role
Reporting to the Manufacturing Lead, the successful candidate will be required to:
- Manufacture products to exacting standards using hand tools and assembly jigs
- Conduct tests according to specified parameters
- Record build and test data on works orders/lot cards
- Identify and record non-conforming products
- Perform quality inspections on completed work
- Maintain bench stock items
- Adhere to build times and utilize in-house computers

About You
All training will be provided, but we are seeking Assembly Operator candidates who have:
- Strong dexterity and attention to detail
- Self-motivated and well-organized
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Previous soldering and wiring experience preferred
- Experience in electromechanical assembly desirable
- Familiarity with test equipment advantageous

- Full-time permanent position
- Monday to Thursday, 7am to 3.45pm, Friday 7am-11.30am
- Starting salary: £22,600 per annum
