nAs an Assembly Operator & Tester, your responsibility will be to ensure standards for manufacturing operations are met within the mechanical assembly of set projects. You will be tasked with setting up jigs, fixtures and equipment for assembly or test purposes. You will drive quality and safety standards, while having the opportunity to implement new areas of best practice which improve the business.

What You'll do:
nAs an Assembly Operator, you will:
n- n
- Manufacture & test various components and assemblies using recognised processes / skills. n
- Set up jigs, fixtures and equipment for assembly or test purposes. n
- Use your knowledge of Mechanical assembly to perform best practice. n
- Producing quality finished components and assemblies in accordance with drawings and manufacturing build specifications to aerospace standards. n
What We're Looking For:
n- n
- Ideally an engineering apprenticeship, BTEC, diploma or equivalent. n
- Exposure to Mechanical Assembly environment. n
- A basic understanding of welding practices e.g. TIG, MIG, etc. n
- Strong communication skills. n
- Eagerness for career progression n
- Excellent team-player without a big ego n

- Full training is provided at every step n
- The hours for this role are on Days (07:00-15:30 Mon-Thu, 07:00-12:30 Fri) n
- Substantial overtime available on evenings and weekends once fully trained n
