We are currently recruiting for a motivated and skilled Assembly Team Leader for our esteemed client, a reputable signage company based in Kettering. This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with a keen eye for detail and a passion for quality.
As an Assembly Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the Assembly Team, managing the assembly department and ensuring that all products are correctly assembled and meet the company's high-quality standards.
Working hours 8am-4:30pm Monday to Friday
Pay - £13.65 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and supervising the Assembly Team to ensure the smooth running of the assembly line
- Ensuring adherence to health and safety protocols
- Training staff on assembly procedures and techniques
- Overseeing the quality of the products and ensuring they meet the company’s standards
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure timely completion of projects
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Assembly Team Leader or a similar role
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- The ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
