Job description

This is a management role based in the Registry Operations department within Academic and Student Support Services.  It is a full time, fixed term position for the current Assessment Manager working on an affiliated project. The role-holder will support the work of the Head of Student Operations providing management and leadership work across the department.  You will oversee a culture of continuous service improvement for Registry Operations teams and undertake a range of duties. The Assessment Manager role is a pivotal role in Registry Operations and in supporting key processes in the Student’s academic life cycle. This role oversees high volume, technical and at times complex processes at critical points in the academic cycle and provides an opportunity to work in a central function, heavily involved, decision-making team. We are looking for someone who is resilient, willing to learn, open minded, technically minded, and collaborative with experience of managing student assessments, seeing through end-to-end processes, improving processes, engaging with stakeholders, and managing change.
